Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 8-12 oz lion's mane mushrooms shredded into quarter sized
- 2-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 qt tomato sauce (homemade preferred)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
